Established in 1993 on a derelict World War II airfield, NJW provided electronic CAD drawings, document management and relational databases for Building Cabling infrastructure projects. Early successes included detailed projects for Honeywell who are still a client 13 years later providing a 5-man team to British Airways for 5 of those years.
Expertise in CAD & cable management rapidly elevated NJW into the world of Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) and Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Notable projects include a long contract managing Aperture for Citibank comprising of an EMEA portfolio of over 12 million square feet and also a project for Marks & Spencer implementing a highly efficient maintenance help-desk system for over 400 M&S stores throughout the United Kingdom.
Today we successfully implement Enterprise Workplace Management solutions for
Real Estate, Facility Management, Asset Management, Project Management,
Procurement and employee self-service.
