Hamish Good Associate Director Hamish is the IT infrastructure heart beat of the njw organisation ensuring that our clients and internal business units are utilising ‘state of art’ technology solutions and communications. Working both in-house and at clients sites, Hamish applies a unique analytical acumen to any network design, trouble shooting, problem solving implementation scenario. |

Jim Sugden Associate Director Jim joined njw on the 1st of October 1994 and has been involved in the njw success story from an early stage working on a multitude of technology and operational projects. He was responsible for the CAD/CAFM teams working on the prestigious National Stadium, Wembley and the United Emirates stadium, Arsenal. Our teams working at GlaxoSmithKline, Honeywell, HSBC, British Airways report to Jim on a daily basis. |

Kevin Baker Associate Director Kevin is a senior project manager who has been around the block. Disciplined with project management techniques adopted with organisations such as BP whilst embracing software technologies such as Micro-station and advanced AutoCAD applications. Kevin is Fluent with all of the industry standard (CAFM) Computer Aided Facility Management applications. He is also a proficient engineer with reporting mechanisms and database design, migration and reconciliation. |

Neil Plumridge Associate Director Neil is a senior project manager who started his career as a programmer before moving into senior consultancy concentrating on CAFM & EDM implementations. He has been project lead for the BBC, AstraZeneca, Goldman Sachs, Reuters and Shell and also been chairman for CAD/CAFM User groups at GSK and the Symonds Group. |
