NJW win new software contract with Deloitte

NJW has secured a major new contract
to supply TRIRIGA Enterprise software to the Highlands &
Islands Enterprise (HIE) of Scotland via a partnership with
Deloitte.

HIE has around 19,000 businesses, more than 435,000
individuals and more than 8,000 voluntary workers.

The main business functions of HIE include; delivery of
business support services, provision of of training and
learning programmes, assistance for community and
cultural projects and measures of environment renewal.

The HIE Network owns a property portfolio comprising
between 500 and 550 properties, primarily industrial and
office buildings leased to local businesses. The
requirement was for an Enterprise Solution to manage this
property portfolio in terms of rent and lease payments.

TRIRIGA is the only Web based software which integrates
Real Estate, Facility Mangement, Reservations, Projects
and Maintenance operations within one cohesive system.

teamnjw will implement the software in a phased
approach providing functionality for site selection and
evaluation, planning, contract development and
negotiation, and ongoing administration of the HIE
property portfolio.
