Pfizer have commissioned njw to design a Online Property Portal
to initially provide access to 3 strategic areas on business
information.

1. The building book is a site wide summary of live current data
   relating to Space, occupancy, building utilities, current capacity
   and capabilities in both AutoCAD drawings and standard formats.
   
2. The online Integrated Master Plan contains site wide master
   planning documentation for the short, medium and long term.
   
3. The sales document contains information that identifies the
   potential capabilities and capacity of the current sites. Strategists
   from njw and Pfizer can publish assumptions and scenario
   planning exercises that combine both spatial and utilities into
   realistic strategic intelligence.
