London Metropolitan University is the third largest HE institution in the UK after the Open University and Manchester Metropolitan University, with over 25,000 students and approximately 2,500 staff.
LMU awarded NJW the contract to provide an Estates Management Information System (EMIS) by process of an OJEC competitive tender.
The award criteria is listed below (not listed in order of priority)

The award criteria identified product selection but an evaluation approach was completed by (LMU) to assess the high level criteria during a set of relevant stages listed below:
- Response to ITT completeness & quality
- System demonstrations
- Client reference site visits
- Supplier site visits
