Oxford Brookes University have commissioned njw to provide an Estates Portal capable of supporting the Log books and Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals, currently residing in two storage areas. The majority of the documents are in hard copy paper format, although as part of the project, njw are scanning and uploading these documents into the system.

(OBU) intend to extend the Property & Facility Management Portal to integrate with Archibus/FM and other legacy databases having initiated the first step of providing one centralised (Web) source of business information.
