NJW Selected as Preferred Bidder for F&C

The F&C investment Management group (F&C) are investment
specialists managing over £102 billion of assets for a wide range of
investors, financial advisors and institutional clients.

F&C are experiencing major growth and have commissioned njw to
provide Space Planning and move management services working as
part of the extended Facilities Management project team.

The majority of the works in hand are related to building surveys,
furniture audits and providing proposal AutoCAD drawings to the
business for sign off.

It is intended that the resultant designs are recorded into the
Archibus/FM CAFM Solution with the possibility of utilising the
iFocalpoint Web based reporting dashboard.
