The Facilities Management team is committed to the provision of a safe,
secure and
high quality learning, living and leisure environment that meets the needs and
expectations of a diverse range of students, staff and customers. The service
offers
support to all faculties and services throughout the University.
The Facilities Management team has been managing their Property, Space,
Assets
and maintenance work orders with TRIRIGA software since the 1st of September
2002.
The original solution was LAN based but the University is now utilizing
teamnjw to
upgrade to the award winning TRIRIGA 9 Web based Integrated Workplace
Management Solution which has been nominated No1 by the Gartner report for the
last 3 years.
NJW have been working with the University since 2002 and utilize tried and
tested
project management techniques to implement the new IWMS system. In summary,
teamnjw construct a Conference Room Model and work with the university user
group to establish a pilot solution taking into consideration new enhanced
functionality options. Deployment and transition follows when the University
sign off
the ‘Live’ Conference Room Model.
