Don Hitchcock CEO of Advanced Spatial Technologies recently visited NJW within
the UK and a synergy between the 2 organisations has resulted in a professional
services partnership enabling the 2 companies to service Global contracts. Advanced
Spatial Technologies based in Perth, Australia are ideally suited to service Asia and
NJW are prominent within Europe.

Advanced Spatial Technologies Pty Ltd
Established in June 1995, Advanced Spatial technologies Pty Ltd (ASt) provides,
implements, and maintains facilities management, GIS, CAD, EDM and data services
solutions for infrastructure management. ASt's goal is to improve their clients'
business processes by offering best of class technology solutions together with latest
industry advice and Bureau services. ASt currently serves a wide range of
government agencies and industry leaders, including the Department of Education &
Training, Health Department of WA, Department of Industry and Resources, Valuer
General's Office, and Woodside Energy Ltd.

ASt provides integrated workplace management solutions for the Facilities &
Property Industry that extend from design construction and standalone FM, through
to full enterprise operational facilities and workplace management.

Both companies will be co habiting from each others offices sharing vital knowledge
but more importantly professional resources.

NJW will be announcing its Perth base within the 2nd quarter 2008 and teamnjw
are already sharing projects and market intelligence with the Advanced Spatial
