NJW places a high value on enabling our clients to be able to easily contact us and gain support 24 hours a day. Therefore significant investment has been made in establishing our operational help desk as an interactive online service.
Clients can report problems via email, internet browser or speak to our own trained operators via their own unique 0800 number. We currently provide helpdesk services for a wide variety of organisations for a comprehensive range of activities often engaging our own operational teams or subject matter experts.
